Zanasi Plus are capsule filling machines able to dose powders, pellets, liquids, tablets and microtablets into hard gelatine capsules. The powder and pellet dosing units feature dosators and pistons that move down in the powder bowl, picking up the product by means of vacuum. The microtablets are counted and dosed by a group which uses a wheels with a predefined number of holes. The tablet dosing unit is fitted with feeding tubes and blades that transfer the tablets into the capsule body, finally the liquid dosing group makes use of an extremely precise volumetric dosing system.

The machine guarantees a maximum versatility in terms of combined dosing of various products into the same capsules ,an easy access to the working area, quick size changeover and cleaning times. Operator friendliness is a hallmark of these machines: skilled operators are not required due to its simple construction and ergonomic interface.

Zanasi Plus machines can be equipped with a statistic weight checking unit for production monitoring. If the machine is also equipped with self-adjustment, the weight of the sampled capsules can be fed back to the control system which automatically adjusts the position of the dosing head to keep the set target weight. In this way production is automatically kept within the parameters set by the operator.

The machine can be fitted with strain gauges for a 100% in-line net weight control of powder or with LVDT for in-line net weight control of pellet . Product out of specification is rejected.
