The M5 CS ranks high within BMW’s performance fleet and the larger automotive world as a whole. As a stylish sedan straddling the line between the luxury conveyor and otherworldly performance sedan, it has quickly become a “must have”. That said, who doesn’t love a little more oomph and flair? Introducing, G-Power’s G5M Hurricane RR.

Before we dive into the changes G-Power have made, let’s look at the stats of an unaltered BMW M5 CS. The BMW M5 CS is powered by BMW’s S63 engine which is a 4,4-litre twin-turbocharged V8 that produces 467 kW and 750 Nm. The power, weight, and chase refinements found in the M5 CS result in one of the most high-strung and outrageous products to ever roll off of BMW’s production line. Codenamed the G5M Hurricane RR, this beefed-up M5 CS produces 662 kW and 1050 Nm. That’s a big difference compared to the stock M5 CS and the reason for this is the addition of forged pistons, forged connecting rods, upgraded turbos and turbo components. Alongside engine internals are G-Power’s DeepTone exhaust system affording the G5M a truly unique exhaust note.

The aim of the game is to b balance form and function. So with added performance comes a slightly enhanced look. The G5M Hurricane RR sits on a pair of 21-inch alloy wheels, some carbon fire elements on the rear and front spoilers and a carbon fibre bonnet.

The G5M Hurricane RR is a medley of high-performance tuning and aftermarket styling that is enough to make any petrolhead do a double take. Unfortunately, the asking price for the G5M Hurricane RR package costs somewhere in the R2 million range based on the current exchange rate.
