Tesla has installed a pod lounge at a Supercharger station in Germany equipped with vending machines for coffee and food under a partnership with bk World, a provider of service station equipment, according to an electrek.co report.

The partnership will support the auto maker's interest in providing EV charging stations in regions that require more proximate amenities.

bk World announced the Tesla Supercharger Park with 20 rapid charge spots in Endsee, Germany in June.

The bk World pods, known as "Qubes," are modular, transportable room elements that can be assembled, disassembled and relocated. The Qube in a demonstration video is titled "bk World Lounge."

The smallest Qube takes up around 50 square meters and includes a lounge and a bathroom.

Drivers sign into an app to access the lounge, which includes a bank of vending machines, including food and beverages, amusement games and other items.

In addition to the first Supercharger pod lounge in Germany, Tesla plans to install 300 locations across Europe.
